These days , i am really determined to improve my teaching skills as a non-native English teacher (non-NEST)
Do you think native speakers are more successful in teaching English than non-NESTs? I don't think so.But,what about making a brain storm? I am waiting for your opinions about it.
Anyway...While searching on the net, I have found out a website only for teachers.There are online courses,resources, webinars:) and heaps of stuff for teachers there.To access them ,you have to register first.If you register as a guest,you have limited access for some materials.But if you want to register as a member, you must pay 28.5£ .So you can get a free professional development course(the one you wish) with one year's membership.You can learn about the coming events from the link below
